Excellent service

My partner and I had the most amazing experience and stay at Protea Hotel Kimberley, from the 28th of July to the 30th of July 2023. All this was made possible by the lady that goes by the name of Lorato. Well spoken. Kind, beautiful smile, very elegant and she service orientated. I believe she is a Duty Manager there. From the first day I got in contact with her enquiring about the booking, till the day of my check-in and also on my arrival. She ensured that everything was perfect to the T. from the selection of our room(so that it matches the occasion) to the room setup. She really went an extra mile for us. We felt home away from home. Even in between our stays she would meet and greet us in the restaurant and ask if everything is alright and so on. She is really a people’s person. She is a hard worker, dedicated and loves what she does and all this was evident in her deeds. Keep up the Good work. Your work is appreciated. Bravo .
