Dont waste your money

I tried to use my Prokard Explorer dining benefit at the Africa Pride Crystal Towers breakfast, but was turned away saying that the breakfast is only for guests staying at the hotel and they were fully booked. The breakfast area had sufficient space to accommodate my family but they simply refused. I called the call centre to complain but they said it was accordance with their terms and conditions. In addition try to get a booking online and you will note that the prices are inflated when trying to use the second night free voucher. The Marriott/ Protea hotel group is the only ones benefiting. Don't waste your money!!
