Don't stay at Zebula Protea hotel

We had a booking at Zebula lodge for this week. When we got there at 14:00, we checked in and decided to go for lunch to wait for the rain to calm down. At 16:00 we decided to go to our rooms. When we got there the rooms were still not ready. We then went back to reception, I asked for the GM or housekeeping manager. Neither was available. After about half an hour we went back and one of our 2 rooms were ready.

The other room still not cleaned. Then we saw the roof was also leaking and there was no electricity. I then went back to reception and demanded to speak to the GM and eventually he got there. I told him how disgusted I was that the rooms weren't ready. He just said that's your opinion. He doesn't care about his guests at all. I said well then I want a refund and checked out immediately. He didn't care at all. That was my 1st and last time there.
