Dont stay at Protea Hotel Roodepoordt

After an amazing first stay we booked our second stay. Incorrect booking dates on arrival. Were given a dirty ,damaged room without a fridge and comfortable sleeping arrangements for my kids as advertised. After numerous complaints with no interrest from staff we checked out. Seems like the treatment we received during our first stay was just to ensure that we come back and not the norm.
