Dont ever go to protea hotels

Never ever go stay at protea hotels anywhere ive been to 2 and I got the worst treatment of my life the first time I had been there 2 weeks i paid upfront than I got very sick it was a Sunday they asked for payment I told them I will go to the atm im just feeling so weak there was a problem WITH THEIR MACHINE I couldnt swipe the next thing the manager comes in my room tells me to start packing I asked her if shes joking anyway I got up wanted to get dressed to go to atm I asked her to leave the room so I can get dressed she said NO IM WAITING JUST HERE I had to get dressed in front of her she packed my bags I told her I'm coming back now why is she packing I didn't get an answer so I asked them to keep my luggage im just gping to atm than I decided to go to the doctor and do a few things while I was up THIS MANAGER went threw my bags took my diary went threw my entire diary called me threatened me if I don't come back now she will call every person in my diary she's taken photo copies of what I said I was so shocked i couldn't speak I had only been gone an hour than this past weekend I went to a different Protea with my 6 month old daughter it was freezing outside so I go to check in it was 6am so the guy tells me if I check in now I must check out at 10 so I thought I'd wait till 10 to check in my daughter and I sat in reception we had a very long previous day and night so while I was waiting she fell asleep and I didnt fall asleep I closed my eyes I was exhausted the security and the guy at the front desk come shouting at me I can't sleep here so I said sorry but I wasn't sleeping he didbt want to hear nothing he told me to leave I must either book in now or leace I was trying to explain to him that I will hace to pay R1600 now and in 2 hours another 1600 he did not care he chased me out IM DISGUSTED I had a little baby with me NEVER AGAIN AND I will post on every social media account I have and warn people not to go to protea hotel
