Disgusting Toilets_BAD HYGIENE HABITS

I have attended a conference recently at the Protea Hotel Fire & Ice Umhlanga Ridge, I was quiet disturbed that a 4star hotel of it's magnitude is unable to keep simple toilet ethics. Its disturbing that even after speaking to the ladies at reception nothing had been done. There was no toilet paper at the ladies toilet, the smell is ********** there are no windows to allow the toilet to air out properly. There is an aircon in the toilet which is switched off at the time. THIS IS *** SERVICE!!!!!!
