Disgusting

I booked a sea view room in the hotel and paid extra money for what I asked for.

Got to the hotel and only to find out that I will not get a see view room, but an ordinary room. All The audacity of the staff to tell me that I did not book the room through them, yet it was booked through their agent.

It’s disgusting, ridiculous and pathetic. Imagine being told after paying good money that your money was for ****.

Saldanha bay hotel, fails its customers and the staff does not care.

I’m disgusted by the treatment of the staff, and the hotel.
