Disappointed

We visited Protea Hotel Fire and Ice Menlyn for a buffet dinner last Friday and it was the most disappointing buffet dinner I have ever seen. Definitely not worth the money and the food wasn't amazing. When one books for a buffet you expect food coming out of your ears and we presented with one choice of start with chicken and fish. So disheartening for such a big brand in the hotel industry. Another thing that upset me was that yes we overstayed our time but the lights were switched off while busy settling the bill....How do you treat paying customers like this??? How am I supposed to walk away and recommend the place to anyone after that happens? the waiters clearly rule the place and shut down whenever they are ready to leave forgetting that there are still customers on the premises watching this. I was really saddened by this experience and very disappointed that such a big name can treat people this way....
