Dirty linen left unchanged

Had to go for training around Klerksdorp and booked at Protea hotel for 4 nights bed and breakfast. Arrived on Sunday 15 Nov, took a shower and got into bed only to find dirty linen. The dirty linen stayed unchanged for 2 nights straight and during that time i was getting an allergic reaction and had to buy medication, so i went to reception and told them my problem and was brushed off being told the laundry department had knocked off and they cant do anything about it so I must wait for morning or switch to the other bed in the room (But they did admit they were aware it hadn't been changed!!)... mind u both beds are in the same state. Had to go twice to reception asking them to come see what's going on and eventually they came... then we had a debate about the obvious with that staff member and it seemed as if they really DID NOT WANT TO HELP me. Don't get me started on the carpet and aircon and bathroom facilities either!!!! I really hope I never have to go there again next time I'm around those parts because it seems you have to beg these people for proper service while you are paying for their product, there was nothing pleasant about my stay in that motel.
