Didn’t have the greatest experience

Very unprofessional and dishonest staff members, do not follow protocol.Forgot some of my valuables in one of the rooms I was booked in at the hotel,I then realized that I forgot something once I had left,I called the hotel later to check if they had found and kept my things safe or had put them in the lost and found but instead they beat around the bush and told me nothing was found in the room, they promised to follow up on the matter and get back to me but they never did. It’s been over a month and a few weeks now. I’m not happy at all about the service and protocols of the hotel
