I recently booked accommodation at Fire & Ice Protea Hotel in Cape Town CBD. Wow! What a great customer service! I and my hubby got an excellent treatment starting to directions on where to park our car. The attendant welcomed us and took our luggage from the car to the reception where we found everything already prepared for us as they knew we were coming. The hotel is beautiful and attractive. Even in their rooms, if you call for any assistance you get it quicker. I cannot forget a guy who helped me as I was rushing to work on the checkout day. He even helped me with my luggage to the car. His name is Trevor Kundai. Keep up the great work bhuti. I forgot the name of the lady whom I met at the restaurant desk; she was also so friendly. I've heard other guests complaining about delays when you are a prokard member, there was no hustle. Everything went smoothly and went home happy. I am surely taking my whole family to their hotel. The food was also nice and fresh. Keep it up Fire & Ice Protea Hotel staff. You are doing great!
