Complain

Paid a deposit for an event , went there personally to cancel 2 full weeks before because the lady could not deliver things that she had promised to deliver, she was so rude to me when I got there , had a terrible attitude but then we came to an agreement that she will take 30% of the money I paid , it came to my surprise that they took 50% of my money and I did not sign any contract or document that stated that I agreed to that , I tried contacting these people several times , I also talked to many different people but still got no help , I wouldn't advise anyone to book at Protea Hotels , Menlyn specifically , There's very bad service there .
