Commission VERY over-due | Protea Hotel by Marriott® Marine in Port Elizabeth

We hosted a group at the Protea Hotel by Marriott® Marine in Port Elizabeth during the month of January 2020. The entire conference account was finalized and settled immediately. On 06 February 2020, we sent our commission invoice to our event organizer at the property. The amount due had been agreed to by the property.

Fast forward more than 3x months, and we are yet to receive the amount due.

What bothers us more, is that since sending the invoice (even before COVID-19) we have been following up with the property regarding the outstanding commission payment. To date, we have not received any response. Now ith COVID-19, we are unable to get hold of anyone. Not Protea's national office, not the specific property, no one.

Please can our outstanding commission invoice be paid!
