Cochroaches for starters

Our first 2 rooms, the aircon didnt work and the shower leaked terribly from the wall. Then we were moved to our second room and the tv didnt work took over 3 hours to fix it. Went to supper and I mean the bill was going to be R600 so youre expecting an awesome meal and cochroaches emerge from my daughters food. When we complained we were told we would be given a complimentary dinner for 1 person, the rest will pay - seriously? So I can eat more cochroaches? I'm so sad because it happened night one and we paid in advance for 3 night. In our room early morning, guess who comes for a visit in our room? Another cochroach! Oh and apparently they aren't cochroaches they are flying ants according to the staff! Seriously? I have pictures.
