Blatant Animal Cruelty

I recently visited the premises and was shocked to see this issue is STILL not resolved. They have a koi pond on premises and management does nothing to maintain it. There are a few big koi fish in the pond, yet the pond has no plant life. The fountains are also not working and therefore the water is stagnant. This has promoted eutrification (build up of algae and a lack of oxygen). This causes the fish to not be able to breath and therefor suffer tremendously. I will not stand for this atrocious animal cruelty and demand that management clean the pond immediately (obviously NOT with chemicals) and get some plant life in the pond. Otherwise give the koi fish to someone who will take proper care of them. PS. The water level is also much too low.
