BED BUGS

I was forced to spend a night at Protea Montrose due to weather and fatigue. Got to bed at 10pm and at 11.30 pm a burn and severe itch on the head awoken me from a deep sleep. Thought it to be mosquito bite. Could not locate the it. Went back to bed to be awoken again in a short while. This process continued until 3.30 am. My instinct tells me this is a bed bug. And to my amazement hidden in the crevices of the mattress are these bugs. I called the manager on duty..I think his name was Gavin. I show him the blood as I killed the one and many others. I even videod and captured them on my phone. I emailed the group from their website to complain. No response. Emailed again. .no response to this date. I feel I should be compensated or refunded. I stopped over to rest . Instead I spent the night in restlessness.
