Bad treatment by hotel staff

We booked at Protea hotel The Ranch in Polokwane for our child’s birthday firstly we could not receive the key to the room due to the cutting machine that was damage which limited our access we would stand out side for about 30 minutes waiting for a person to open for us next thing now and again our electricity was tripping in the room the worse part was the way the staff from the hotel will treat us including the lady at the reception Pricilla treated us she even put the phone on the side without reporting the electricity issue to the mantainance guys. The treatment we got at the hotel it was like we have never paid for our stay I’m really angry and disappointed to the treatment we received
