Bad Service
On 18/04/15 our privacy was seriously compromised by hotel management and staff by removing our personal belongings without our knowlegde from our room, to make way for guests that arrived 2 days after us. Even though a bottle of red wine and a weekend voucher was given I still feel that the whole situation was due to a lack of respect for guests. A senior colleague from our H/O suffered the similar treatment WITHOUT any compensation and she had to suffer the indinity of having to make a change of clothing in her car for an evening Gala Awards Dinner !!. A number of our delegates was also inconvenienced as they were asked to move out of their rooms as well. Totally unacceptable if you take into consideration that it was the fourth time our company made use of The Ranch Hotel and if you see the anmount of money spent by our H/O.
