Bad service

I’m very disappointed by the behaviour that I experienced by one of the consultants at Protea Hotel Parktonion. It’s not the first, second, third or fourth time I’ve booked at a Protea Hotel. I’m very very disgusted by the behavior I experienced from Veli Ndaba. He literally laughed in my ear after I told him that I’m hungry, could he please make a plan to warm up my food. Veli made me aware that he will make me aware that he will make a plan, after a few minutes he called me in my room and told me that if I want to report him then I can. I felt very disrespected by this guy.
