Bad service
We booked at the hotel from the 21/09/2018 until 23/09/2018.Neo Mfebe forwarded me the invoice on the 28/08/2018 reference no: ********** and we made a 50% deposit and the rest will be paid when we check in.
We arrived on the 21/09/2018 and we paid the rest of the balance that was outstanding and the lady by the name of Lesogo checked us in.
When we checked out I was informed that we only paid for one night and i informed the lady we have already made paid for 2 nights and that she was must discuss the matter with Neo or Lesogo .I kept receiving calls from your reception that I only paid for one night i informed the lady that the proof of payment was emailed to Neo and she confirmed receipt of the proof of payment.
This could all have been avoided though better communication and I will never book there again treating your customer as ******* and being harassed over phone.
