Bad service

I slept at Protea hotel Nelspruit Terrible service for a 4 Star Hotel most of the nights I was not able to sleep was allocated room 427 .the noise was unbearable I called the reception and guest relations they did nothing. They called security who did nothing too .he told me ad outside Aircon making noise meaning I am expected to sleep like that for the nights I spend Breakfast we were treated badly by the chefs buffet we got told we cannot get Croissants but we saw workers and other guests feeding themselves I just kept quiet and I told my children we must leave. The horrible thing was the noise even the Air one not working toilet flushing was an issue in my my room For a 4 star hotel I had a terrible service dissapointed and guests be aware when booking hotels like thus
