Bad customer service all round.

I'm a new customer who wanted information about their hotel called Karadin. I called the 1st time and I was told the person who have information is not working on the day but they will take my details and get back to me, first week went through but no feedback, I called for the second time the following week, still same story, I called again yesterday still same story, I called again today still same story. I don't know how many times a customer must call to get assistance, furthermore it's my first time to want to buy a product from them but I get very very poor customer service. It seems like this hotel protea doesn't take it's or any customers.
