BABY ****ROACHES PLAYING HIDE AND SEEK IN MY ROOM THEN MOVED TO A HANDICAPPED ROOM!!!!!!!

Was booked at Protea Hotel Edward in Dbn on the 7th of Feb 2020,Upon my arrival i was told that Parking was R60/Day(Which was never communicated prior to making the booking).When i arrived at my room i found ****roaches(Baby ****roaches to be precise).Meaning that obviously the Mum and Dad are hiding somewhere making more Babies.I called reception and they said they will move me to another Room.Mind you i do have the video of the little guys(Playing hide and seek).When i got to my new Room(611) i realized that the room was actually for handicapped people(Not sure if that was a sign from the Hotel saying im handicapped for complaining about the ****roaches.) The service received for a hotel of their caliber was putrid to say the least.I'm sure the Ethekwini Municipality (Health Inspectors )would be interested to get this Email.Mind you i spoke to a Duty Manager by the name of Mark who promised to escalate the matter to Senior management but till today i still haven't received any feedback.I am highly disappointed and im considering to never set foot at any of your hotels ever again!
