<p>I would like to compliment the following staff of Protea Hotel Samrand - Pontsho, Gugu, Maphuti, Thembi, Tendayi and Elizabeth. Thank you for your friendly service. They made my stay an absolute pleasure. I have yet to meet such a friendly and helpful team of people. Compliments to the chefs - the food was great. I really appreciate it. The ladies who clean the rooms, the guy who greeted me so friendly while cleaning the swimming pool and the male waiter ( I unfortunately did not get their names), thank you for your friendly smiles. It is much appreciated. Keep it up.</p>
