Aweful Experience at Protea Hotel

1) The Hotel did not follow my instructions and damaged my clothes to such an extend that I cant wear them. The Hotel did not want to take responsibility although it was clear they destroyed my very expensive 2 day old clothes. I even presented them with the slip and finally after a huge fight according to the manager he was only able to refund me 50% of the cost!!! Who is going to pay for my in inconvenience, time to replace my clothes and other 50%?????? 2) There are questions about security seeing that our room was open when we returned from an event out. 3) No privacy, although you have a \do not disturb sign\" on the door, this hotel will knock on the door at 8:00 to clean your room. Zero respect 3) they take the towels and they don't return them, only returns them after you phoned and followed up twice. 4) the floor of the room is extremely dirty 5) the staff has no regard for guests peace and quite....They scream at each other, through stuff around. Definitely the worst Protea Hotel. Management seems to be very aggressive and rude. I am a Prokard member, been for the past 7 years, however I will not renew!!! "
