Ashana at Protea hotel Nelspruit

The hotel made me pat twice and promised to refund me...I am on the fourth week now waiting for my payment ..imagine the inconvenience..all they do is lie and keep saying they will do it tomorrow which never happens! There's a lady manager there by the name Ashana. She is very disrespectful and she is a ****! Her together with her receptionist Tresia have put protea hotels into disrepute
