Appaling accomodation and living conditions

Good morning

I need urgent assistance from a manager in higher authority i have booked 3 double rooms i have checked in yesterday at the protea umfolozi and since the time of check-in i have been experiencing endless problems, firstly the aircon in chalet 2D has been leaking continously someone checked it said it was repaired but it wasn't it leaked through the entire night wetting the floors making me stay up the night wiping the floors. Secondly the entire 3 rooms have issues with the toilets they do not flush properly and its really unhygienic and filthy as the waste is not going down a guy has come and pumped the waste but the smell is so terrible we have called continously asking reception to speak to someone in higher authority but they keep saying the dont have the numbers.

I am seriously unhappy with the accommodation and would like an urgent response please. The management and head if umfolozi need to come and see the state of rooms and conditions we are staying in. I have booked and payed for my stay well in advance and to have accommodation as such is really appalling and disappointing.
