Another Prokard Complaint

Same as other reports on Hello Peter.<br> I was sold a Prokard and paid the fee.<br> And, like many others, I am still waiting for the promised Card, Vouchers etc.<br> <br> When I asked about Prokard at Protea Umhlanga, the Front Office Person was cagey about this.<br> \You must wait until later in the year and get some other Card.\"<br> I never got the name of this other Card - Not interested.<br> <br> If I Google Protea Hotels, I get reference to Prokard.<br> So the Hotel Group seems to still be associating themselves with Prokard.<br> But, interesting that, I cannot get into the \"Protea Hotels Contact Us\" site.<br> <br> I am certainly not the only person unhappy with Prokard.<br> <br> Surely Protea Group has a responsibility to distance themselves from this?"
