Amazing Customer Service Experience - Protea Hotel - Loftus Park

The Protea Hotel at Loftus Park in Pretoria has excelled in providing superior customer service. I was ****** outside of the hotel, my mobile phone was ****** and grabbed out of my hand whilst I was trying to book an uber driver.

The hotel was the only safe option at the time, the Duty Manager (Silas), the Food and Beverage Manager and the Receptionist (Precilla Khesa) went out of their way to comfort myself and my traumatized daughter by offering us water to drink, tissues to wipe the tears, ordering an uber driver and assisting me to call my mobile service provider to blacklist my phone and call all my banks to block access to the mobile banking apps, as my phone was unlocked when it was ******.

They just jumped in and offered assistance, kindness and safety when we needed it most. We were not even guests of the hotel.
