Absolute Disappointment

My husband and i checked in at 9 pm on Wednesday 15 July as we were transiting through joburg. We had to leave the hotel again at 6am for our next flight.<br> <br> I asked for a room upgrade and the duty manager, a female, rudely said, without even checking, said that our room has already been upgraded.<br> <br> When we went to the room, after our bath, there was water all over the place, up to the coffee table and I had to spend another 30mins wiping the floor. Why would you give customers a room with a leakage problem? If my 'upgraded room' looked like that, I wonder how the initial room looked like!!<br> <br> We were fasting the next day and I called room service to request that food be delivered to our room before 5am (informing them about my fast) as we had to stop eating at 5h30. They called me at 4h30 to take my order AGAIN and the food was delievered late and we had only 5 mins to eat whatever we could, and leave the hotel for our next flight.<br> <br> You guys have no respect for your customers, and even if I left feedback in the hotel, no one even bothered to contact me to present an apology. Your drivers have way more manners that your duty managers!
