Unprofessional General Manager
The General Manager of the hotel is rude, unprofessional and does not know how to approach or speak to clients.
We were shooting a wedding at the venue and apparently drone were not allowed.
Instead of approaching us, greeting and explaining the situation that we need a permit to fly a drone on the premises, he shouts at us infront of people telling us "I'm the general Manager and I won't allow this thing to fly in my hotel"

Regrettably drone flights require prior authorisation and permits from authorities and hence is not allowed. It was in no way my intention to spoil your day and I certainly don't feel like I was screaming. I called your audio visual company aside and then informed them of the regulations governing drone flights.
