Hunter's Rest New Management are Pathetic!

I just got an absolutely horrible call this afternoon from Diane stating that the function I had pre booked at Hunter's Rest can now not take place due to the venue already been booked out. <br> <br> I have been in contact with Diane for since the 28th of January regarding this function, first requested for the 28th of July and then changed to the 25th of June. I received all the quotations and even did a site visit a week ago. Diane continually said that all would be in order. At no time did she tell me anything was wrong. Even sent through an email stating my provisional booking was in place. <br> <br> Now I hear that the GM had already booked the venue for someone else? How can that be and how are they organised when their function coordinators do not know what the other one is doing?!!! I am totally amazed at this pathetic service and wonder if this so called \New Management"actually know what they are doing!<br> <br> I will certainly never recommend Hunter's Rest to anyone in the future and will use this as an example of what pathetic service you can expect from them."""
