Going the extra mile to welcome guests

I would like to commend Protea Hotel Marriot, Johannesburg Wanderers, I have specific staff members to applaud, First Nqobile at Reception, the courtesy calls made me feel important. After check in, I received a call which was checking whether everything is in order in my room, this was really great. And Ayanda Ngakane for the best gesture, I requested an ironing board and Iron, instead I was offered the opportunity for my clothes to be ironed. For me, that was outstanding. Thanks once again for the best welcome and Keep up the great work
