Bad service and Expiring Goods

We booked for a year end lunch at Protea Hotel Hunter Rest 10/12/15. Firstly the people answering the phones does not have any knowledge of prices. When i eventually got through to the events manager after 5 passes, she said i must send her an e-mail with the details. She rep**** the next day saying buffets are R250pp, i than said when i call they said it is R179pp and christmas lunch is R250. She than rep**** by saying she made it R250 because she is going to put christmas decorations and crackers on the table. When we arrived they served our drinks hour apart, people had to wait in the hot sun for a drink. Only 4 out of 12 crackers had gifts in. They served ciders that expired April 2015. I aksed for a menu in order to make sure my hole team eats for three days and they could not provide me with a menu. The events manager never returned my calls and i just had to hope we are going to have decent food to eat on our arrival. I will warn all of ABSA staff in SA to never visit Protea Hotel Hunters Rest.
