Absolutely great and special service

Good day,

I would love to give a big compliment and thanks to Pieter Buitendag and his Team at Protea Hotel Hunter's Rest Rustenburg. I contacted him from the beginning to book a room for me and my wife for our Anniversary.

He assisted me from day one and helped book the room and the spa. They even made up the room with snacks, rose petals and champagne. We really felt special for the whole weekend. He was quick to respond to all my questions and even helped me to get around the area by suggesting places to go, what a nice experience.

Pieter is what customer service is all about.

Then I also want to compliment the Hunters Rest Spa, especially Mel Davis and her team. The couples relaxing package was also made very special by them, even with the water difficulties they had to sort, they still made it special for us. Our time was extended due to unforeseen difficulties. Thanks for the snacks and Champagne as well, we were treated like royalty. You made exceptions for my pregnant wife and triwed your best to make us feel at home, and you succeeded. What a great experience!
