Protea Glen mall is the pits🚮🚮🚮

I don’t think Protea Glen cares about its customers. Either the management there are taxi owners or they get paid to overlook what these taxi operators are doing to customers. E-hailers are allowed there however taxi operators decide which cars are suitable to pick up clients there. This is really ridiculous! Why are they determining which cars should pick up clients? Today I requested a ride from the mall. Not feeling well from work. The ride was accepted by a driver driving a 7 sitter car……some taxi operators pulled him to the side and told him he can’t pick up a customer because he drives a 7 sitter…. Like how appalling is that?? What if my health was severe??? Why are the rights of the customers infringed like that? Why is the mall okay with that? Seriously if this is how this mall is going to operate, it rather be closed down. 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
