Protea Glen mall center management they don't care about their customers

Hellopeter My name is busi yesterday 26th August 2020 I went to protea Glen mall to withdraw money at FNB next to Mc Donald I was with my baby her name is thembekile as we waited on the que she said to me mom am not feeling well am dizzy then I said to her sit down as she was trying to sit she fell and fainted I was so scared no one help me accept some few people who came n assisted me no one from center management come or called the ambulance we had to do it our self's we waited like 1 hour 30 minutes before the ambulance come we asked the security to call the ambulance n center management but no that didn't happen my bby nearly died yesterday this means the center management thy don't care about their customers we were asking for glaves sanitiser thy don't have thy don't care about us as customers n bring money to them we support them but what do we get in written nothing it will b hard for me to shop in that mall again.
