Poor service

On the 29 of June 2024 I went to collect my laybye at foshni protea glen.i was at the store for an hour and my laybye could not be found.actually it was a few of us waiting for our laybye we could not be assisted because the laybyes were no where to found.I have never experienced such bad services.Because I was tired of waiting I requested for a refund I spoke to Jabu who gave me a phatic attitude I have never delt with someone is rude as jabu.she treated like I'm nothing.Poor service at it's highest level.That store has no stricture.
