faulty base

11 months ago we bough a queen size bed which we were told that it is one of the best beds for the value of R6500.00 the base was faulty, they sent an shop assistance to come look at it and it was changed a couple of days later we still experienced the same thing but the base is still faulty and has an unpleasant sound :(

we are honetly not happy bacause thought this was one of the best furniture shops
