Extremely bad service

Ordered double rack and burgers at steers at protea Glen mall. Two minutes they phone me acknowledge the order. One hour passed no order and I phoned them, no response. Phoned so many times no response. Two hours later they phoned with stupid excuses that the driver got stuck and another driver is coming. Another hour no delivery and the driver phone she is outside. Checked no one and just phone them to cancel the order. Never again to order from steers protea Glen mall
