Damage couches

Hi.my name is Aletta Mogotlhe age 69 leaving at protea glen .I bought couches at bradlows last year April at protea glen mall I was helped by the sales assistant by the name of Zinhle ..Then the next month we complained at the shop about the 2 sitter couch and they came and fetch the couch when the couch came back the couch was still not fixed and the same couch was fixed 4 times.And Zinhle never made any effort to come and check what was the problem with couch and I went to the shop and complain again and what she said to was that I must go and complain at oubasmen coz the is nothing they can do coz is not their problem that their suppliers ..And we went again and they came again and fetch the whole set when they come back they were all not fixed they were more than worse now and again we told Zinhle and didn't do anything to help...I was pleading for you help I'm buying the couches with my grant money and I'm still paying for something I'm not happy with ,I'm so disappointed with bradlows coz all my furniture i bought at dradlows..the service I got was really disappointing even the sales person didn't do anything to help...I'll be greatfull if I could get ur help..Thank you
