Bad castomer service

Hi my problem is with kfc protea glen mall about bad castomer service. I bought a meal using the machine of which it has doubled charged me. Next day I went to the shop I was told to wait for 72 hours and I must come with a statement than I waited, went back to the shop with a bank statement I stayed there for an hour and they said that the system is down I must wait for another 72 hours after 3 days I went there and I stayed for an hour and 30 minutes. There said the system is no working I must leave my contact details. it has been two weeks I haven't received any call from them
