Assistant not customer focus

I was at the pharmacy on the 05 October 2015 and the lady that assisted me was so unfriendly as she was too busy to assist me, as when I arrived she was chatting to her colleagues . Then when she decided to assist me I explained to her am using the medical aid but it was on my husband's name . I really couldn't understand this process as there are a lot of instances that people are in the same situation like me, and what if they not in good speaking terms or divorced with their partners but still covered on the medical aid. What happens in that case cause for so many times I have visited pharmacies this was the first time I heard about this rule. Please look into it as it is such an inconvenience and remember that not all married people situations are the same. So take those also into consideration. The last issue was the radio/ tv was too load that one had to repeat what you say . A pharmacy should be helpful and ask the necessary questions with regards to over the counter medication
