intimidated at workshop reception

i was referred to protea engeneering and welding in Hilton last week for a part that was needed on my Peugeot 206 gti for my radiator i was told they can make it when i got to the office no people was at the reception some staff member and the owner started insulting me telling me I'm not allowed to call for help or say hallo they intimidated me about my phone in my hand and insulted me becouse my car had plastic bumpers it was a personal attack and i would not recommend anyone to go to this workshop as far as the part goes i had to go somwhere else to get it made
