Terrible service

<p>I am utterly appalled at the service given by Protea Diamonds Fourways Mall. We purchased my engagement ring from their store, a year later I accidently bumped my ring and a diamond fell out. I therefore took it to Protea Diamonds to ask for a quotation to get it fixed. After 3 weeks I still have not received a quotation. They could not even find us in their system and needed proof that we bought the ring from them. I keep calling and going into the store and keep gettign promised I will receive a call or quote later that day. I still do not have a quote and none of them have bothered to call me to let me know what is going on. I will NEVER purchase another piece of jewellery from this awful store EVER again.</p>
