Poor service - Protea Bookshop

I placed 2 orders on the same day with this company. One order was valued at R7000.00+ and was delivered within a couple of days. The second order was for R650.00 and is still outstanding. I have contacted the company several times and they maintain they have supp**** the order - however, I have NOT received these books. They have now deleted my details from their system so I can't even retrieve the order number. I am not impressed and will never buy from them again. Regards Jenny
