Don't buy here! No service. Took my money! No help!

We have ordered and paid for books 24 January 2023. It is now 2023/02/20 We are not able to get hold of any person by phone to sort this out. *** General does not help. Online number no answer! Have been calling for a week now. *** General said they will give the detail to online sails nothing! Sent them e-mail left messages for them to call me back in their Contact us page. Nothing!
