Disgusting service by Protea Books/ Boekwinkel

After ordering online from Protea Books, i nearly waited 2 weeks for them to ship out the books. After eventually shipping it out, i was sent an email to say i will receive it within 2 business days. Its almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. I have been phoning them and was just sent from pillar to post. They claim only one person can help with the online orders. Pathetic!!! Eventually the courier company phoned me to confirm delivery and was in the wrong area saying that’s the address they have on the parcel. Then i went back to the website to check my address.... and wait... my adress on there is completely correct!! I will never order from them again!!
