Biggest inconvenience

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this place.I ordered my child's school books on 2022-12-15, today is 2023-01-11, nearly a whole month later and I haven't received the books or even an update as to a delay. I spent the last 3 days on the phone trying to get through to their "online Dept" and nobody there ever picks up the phone. I had to call in four times today to finally get hold of someone and once again referred back to the "online Dept", where no one ever answers. This is pathetic, my child now has to attend classes without a single textbook, this makes us look like negligent parents. And don't even get me started on the instore service, that is the reason I order online. But you if this is the new standard of service, this will definitely be my last order, nor would I encourage anyone to use their services.
