Terrible, unprofessional service

I had my car cleaned last week thursday, that evening, my car broke down in Vredehoek, CPT. I had to have it towed and since my usual mechanic is 50km away, I had to tow it to ProStar motors on Friday since Mercedes has no space for me. At first, the secretary was very friendly and o was the owner (telephonically) and I asked the secretary TWICE on different phone calls to send me a quote before they start. On monday, 16:40, she phoned and asked if i can come get my car, it's ready. I never received a quote, its peak hour traffic and I live 15km away. They made me feel like I am a nuisance because I cannot come fetch my car (I only have one car, the one in the garage, its before 5pm so friends are still at work etc). There were payment problems as well which is why i needed a HEADS UP to GO TO THE BANK and pay. Sat in traffic for an hour to get there with my neighbour, got my car and it was so filthy inside it looked like someone gardened in it. the owner offers a free valet the next day, i take my car back the next day and when i received it, it wasnt even touched on the inside, left just as dirty. My car has never been this dirty, I need to pay for a valet AGAIN.
